Requirements

• Be a cheerleader or have been or at least have some knowledge of competitive cheerleading.
• Speak and write English (or French).
• Be at least 18 years old. (for some jobs younger applicants can be considered)
• Have the best interest of Spirit Fever at heart.
• Play Spirit Fever regularly.

Duties

• Do the job you chose and collect points.
• Report to Spirit Fever each week with list of done jobs.
• Wait for Spirit Fever approval before doing anything.
• Have a Paypal account to receive payments.
• Have a Google Docs account.

Benefits

• Provided with a Spirit Fever shirt to wear when working in public.
• Provided with all the printed material and giveaway.
• Provided with business cards with your name (selected jobs only).

• The points will allow you get free things in the game that other players would pay real money to get it.

Selection Process

• Fill the form and select jobs.
• Be the most motivated and dedicated in your country/region.
• Phone interview.
• Sign a contract.

Interview Process

• A few questions related to your application.
• What can you bring to Spirit Fever?
• Role play according to the jobs you selected in the Point System Sheet. For example I am a potential sponsor and you try to sell me some advertisement space for the Spirit Fever website. Or you may simulate a speech to present Spirit Fever at a conference.
